Ok, I have to admit I transferred to netherweb for my hosting because my old host was unresponsive to my needs. But let me say that the transfer was smooth and easy, 27 megs of files (for 3 domains) in many directorys had to be moved and they made the process easier then making toast. By using AOL IM I can get answers to my questions as I think of them, not after a day waiting for the email to come. Their service is FAST, the servers are FAST, the controlpanel kicks major butt and the support is beyond any host Ive seen. You just cant beat the price for the level of service. These guys REALLY help you when you need it, and the level of service is beyond my expectations. Keep up the great work NETHERWEB!

Your service is the BEST I have ever seen and the BEST im sure ill ever see, I dont plan on ever changing. You give me full access to everything I need unlike my old server (ehost.com) plus your 10x more compatabile with different programming and not to mention WAY more organized! and a great helping staff!! We are new to the web and signed-up with Netherweb hosting as we believe has the best prices around. But what makes it different from other hosting companies is the costumer service. We tried to install advertisment rotation software and run into some problems so we mailed Netherweb. Well the people there not only installed the software on the server themselves but also editted the script to make it work. Well if you can find this anywhere else...

Pierre Grandmaison offered to help produce code to make my home page look better with a dropdown menue and other appearence suggestion. He wrote the code and taught me how to install it into my home page. The cost could not possible have compensated him for the effort he expended to help me. I had a very difficult time getting set up. The problem was due to an error on the part of Network Solutions (I recommend registerfree instead). This is my first experience setting up a web site so I was a total loss. Kevin and Ben were very patient and went the extra mile to help me get set up. All communications were prompt and very helpful. I plan on eventually setting up several web sites and will do it with Netherweb where I know I can count on getting the support I need when I need it!

I found this company purely by mistake. I was reading an email someone sent me with a link to their site. I took a look at the site and noticed it was hosted by Netherweb. Im always looking for a deal so I checked it out. I am sure glad that I did. All I can say is that these guys KICK ASS! I have not seen a company willing to offer so much for so little a month. The xfer of the domain to Netherweb was flawless. The services offered was excellent. The control panel used is simple, easy to use, and very informative. Especially the site statisitics. Ive only been with Netherweb for about 5 days now and the stats that I am generating far exceed what is currently out there including HITBOX and the other stats keepers.
